Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions of HireTrack, operated by TalkyTools. HireTrack is currently in its launch promotional period and is free for all users; the policy below will apply when paid plans are activated.

1. Free Trial Period

New paid plans will offer a 14-day free trial. You may cancel any time during the trial without charge. No credit card is required to start the trial.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are pre-paid for 12 months. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied. After 30 days, no refunds are issued; the subscription will continue until the end of the term and then expire if not renewed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@talkytools.com from the email address registered on your HireTrack account, with the subject line “Refund Request — <your organization name>”. Include the reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe). Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup or migration assistance fees, once delivered.
  • Custom feature development engagements, once started.
  • Storage charges for data exports beyond standard limits.
  • Monthly subscription fees beyond the current billing period.

7. Cancellation Effect on Data

Upon cancellation you may export all your data via the dashboard for 30 days. After that, organization data may be deleted. Statutory records (payroll, TDS, PF) you have already downloaded remain yours; we no longer host them.

8. Service Disruption Refunds

If HireTrack experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 24 hours in a single billing cycle, we will credit a pro-rata day to your next bill on request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with 30 days' notice for paid customers. Continued use of a paid subscription after changes constitutes acceptance.
