Can I try the Growth plan for free?
Paid plans aren't open for purchase yet — we'll announce when billing goes live. In the meantime, sign up on the Free plan with no credit card and we'll let you know the moment Growth is available.
What happens when I exceed the employee limit?
You'll see a warning before you hit the limit. You won't lose data — you just need to upgrade to add more employees. Free plan allows up to 5 active employees; Growth allows up to 50.
Is payroll included in all plans?
No. Payroll (India PF, ESI, PT, TDS, PDF salary slips, Form 16) is a Growth and Enterprise feature. The Free plan covers recruitment tracking and basic HRMS only.
Can I export employee data?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include exports — PDF salary slips, bulk ZIP downloads, Form 16, Form 24Q, and PF ECR files. Your data is always yours.
Is the Free plan truly free?
Yes, forever. No credit card required. Small teams (up to 5 employees, 1 active job posting) can use HireTrack at no cost indefinitely.
